Disney is considered a very "evolved" school - meaning very well organized, involved parent groups, lots of things in place (compared to an "up and coming" school.) I have heard that some people find the principal a bit... rigid? Or maybe standoffish? But the school seems to be thriving and with that size needs strong leadership. I never hear a lot about it once people choose the school, which usually means that once people are there they don't make any effort to leave, rather settle in until high school, which is usually a good sign.
the only negative I've ever heard is about the open classroom style (I've never toured there) but those are complaints from people who don't spark to it on a tour. I don't hear complaints from people who actually have kids at the school.
