Draft 2013-2014 calendar has an 26 Aug. start

Raise Your Hand has posted notes from an 11 Jan. meeting on the 2013-2014 unified calendar.

Looks like CPS wants a 26 Aug. start, and move spring break to late April, among other things.

I think an earlier start is a good thing but I have heard many opinions to the contrary. What does everyone here think?
