PARCC Testing Event 3/31 at Chi Cultural Center

The School Project (www.schoolprojectfilm.com) is hosting an event on March 31st at the Chicago Cultural Center called Testing Season. This film screening and community discussion explores the hot topic of school testing from the boycotts of 2014 to the implementation of the PARCC test rolling out this spring, and the grassroots movement to push back against high stakes standardized tests in Illinois and around the country. The screening will be followed by a panel discussion with community leaders, educators, and education experts, moderated by Linda Lenz of Catalyst Chicago.
