Hi all,
Palmer Elementary School is hosting an Open House this Wed., Jan. 14 at 9 am. You'll have an opportunity to hear from Principal LaShawn Ray, tour the school, and get any questions you have answered.
During the 2013-14 school year, Palmer Elementary has had some significant achievements:
24 student average class size
Level 1 Rating
NWEA for Reading elevated to the 91st percentile
Focuson on development of the entire child - education, social and emotional
Comprehensive Gifted Program
10 Nationally Board Certified Teachers with 15 more current earing their certification
Category 1 Creative Schools Certification
FOSS Science Curriculum with hands-on labs
New Technology Lab
Band Program
Robust after school programs, including tutoring, chess, sports, match, coding, yoga, golf, musical theater, dance and music
Prestigious Gold Circle of Quality award for Early Childhood Education Program
